Delete your FameTwin account.

You can delete your account in the app or request deletion by email if you no longer have access to it.

Delete in the app

1. Open FameTwin and tap the account icon.
2. Tap Delete account (or Delete guest data for a guest account).
3. Read the confirmation and confirm deletion. A linked Apple account may require a fresh Apple sign-in.

Request deletion without the app

Email Becoming Ventures, LLC at mohn93@gmail.com with the subject “FameTwin account deletion”. Tell us whether you used iOS or Android and provide any account or installation identifier you still have. Do not send a face photo, password, payment-card number, or purchase token in your first message. We may ask for a safe way to verify that the account is yours before deleting it.

What is deleted or retained

Deletion removes your FameTwin authentication account, profile, associated scan-credit ledger and reward records, and registered device tokens. In-app deletion also clears locally stored photos and match history on that device. Email deletion cannot erase files stored only on a device we cannot access; uninstall FameTwin to remove those local files. Unused paid scans are forfeited, and deletion does not issue an App Store or Google Play refund.

We may retain a minimal transaction-level purchase record without your account identifier to prevent duplicate grants and handle refunds. Provider analytics and diagnostic records follow their configured retention settings; backups may persist for a limited period before automatic deletion. See the privacy policy for more detail.
