Getting a clear result

Choose a well-lit photo with one adult face, looking toward the camera. If FameTwin cannot find a usable face, try a different photo. Rejected photos do not use a paid scan.

Revealing matches

Your result remains locked until you choose a reveal. A three-scan purchase reveals the full top ten for the current result and leaves two scans for later. A free ad reveal may be offered when available and reveals only the closest match.

If a purchase completes but the result stays locked, keep the app installed, reconnect to the internet, and open the result again. Contact us if it still does not unlock.

Saved matches and privacy

Match history is stored on this device. Starting a new scan removes the prior selected photo; it does not erase completed match results. Account deletion clears local photos and history. You can find this control under Account.

On iOS, optional Sign in with Apple helps recover unused paid scans after reinstall. It does not sync local photos or match history to another device. Android guest scans cannot currently be recovered after reinstall. Read the privacy policy or request account deletion for details.
